Mucus in the FEMM method.
Post Body

Hi, I've just started using the FEMM method. I'm working with an instructor and will raise my problems with her but I thought I'd check if anyone her could help too.

I'm finding it really difficult to tell the difference between my mucus. I'm finding the names and descriptions are not super helpful. Like for G mucus it's dry...and for EL it's moist. But I almost always feel moist? I don't mean all day everyday but for at least part of the day (especially when I wake up and late at night) I feel distintly wet down there and don't know how it could ever be dry, surely that is uncormfortable.

For ES mucus the main descriptor it slippery and I can tell when I have that but sometimes I think it could just be a large quanity of EL mucus. There is a lot of emphasis on stretch but my mucus doesn't stretch at all at the moment (I have definitely experienced that but not in the last year or so), should I be worried? Am I producing ES mucus at all?

Thanks for any help!
