Beginner question about time vs sleep
Post Body

I've just started to chart my cycle. I'm just focusing on getting the temperature down before I start looking at other symptoms (I'm single in a pandemic so contraception is not an issue right now).

I know you're supposed to take you temperaure after 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep...but also at the same time eveyday. Is one of those variables more important than the other? It's pretty rare that i can do both of those things. I get up at different times on different days and I'm a very light sleeper, so I wake often during the night. Is this going to affect my ability to chart?
