This is me 3 years into lifting, about 2 working out regularly (more than twice a week). Post-injury so I didn’t do upper body until 7 months ago

I don’t have many before pictures because, frankly, I didn’t like having my picture taken but originally I lost about 55-60lbs, before adding another 10-15 of muscle. I don’t get on a scale very often and that’s on purpose. Given the fact I’m totally natural (which is fairly obvious) I’d say my results are normal, perhaps slightly above, given my genetic disposition for building muscle and my past as an athlete.
