I just had a really bad couple of months where my depression got so bad I could barley get out of bed and barely ate, so my muscles are really atrophied and I can't seem to gain weight, I don't have any equipment like weights or anything so what can I do to fix it
Your diet is the first step and then some basics like walking and then bodyweight exercise.
It never easy to het the ball rolling again. Don't overachieve in your first week as it becomes overwhelming. You can do this and the little steps will lead to an amazing journey.
