Started 12 weeks ago at 184lbs and was just down on myself for being 39 and looking like a slob. I really started taking working out seriously. I already walk an average of 8 miles per day at work (I work three 12 hr shifts). So on top of that I added in kettlebell exercise (4 days/wk 30 mins sessions) and cut my caloric intake to 1500 per day. Cut out about 85% of the sugar in my diet, eating more veggies and lean meats, not snacking on junk at work, and have been doing great at it. Fast forward to today, I’m down to 170lbs and can’t seem to lose anymore weight than that. What should I be doing now? I’d prefer to be like 160lbs (I’m 5’6 if that means anything).
