I have a primary partner and we share our home together. Currently we date solo mostly. A rule we established early on (because of my comfort level) is that we don’t have our fwb or other partners in our own home ever. But I’m curious if this is atypical. If you started dating someone, and they told this to you, what would your thoughts be? It hasn’t really been an issue so far, but it can be limiting. And I also- completely baselessly at this point- sort of feel a little bad that I am always the one who goes over to use their place/they have to schedule with their own partners for a free space, and that thus far, they can’t use mine. Just musing out loud and curious to hear other takes on it all.
