How to find dates as an ENM husband?

My husband is ENM and quite an attractive guy (late 30's) but he is struggling to find dates. He is open in his online dating profiles about his situation and also in chats if it progresses to a point where it feels like it needs to be disclosed again. But a lot of chats just seem to not go anywhere after a while. He is respectful and engaging in his message conversations but I am wondering whether he needs to be more flirtatious? Any women who can give some advice on what they are looking for when they are messaging someone new to progress to the point of actually meeting in person to find out whether you click?
