My husband and I have been non monogamous for more than a year now in the form of swinging with other couples. We typically enjoy forming connections rather than having one offs.

We have been playing with one couple for a year now and see them every few months. We consider them friends as well as lovers and always have a great time together. However the other husband is a little emotionally closed and keeps his cards close to his chest. It's got to a point where sometimes I feel like I am always doing the chasing and feel like he doesn't desire me in the way I like to be desired. In the moment its always great but he isn't very flirty over messages and can often not engage very much, whereas his wife is very chatty. Even when we've had a meet, his wife and my husband and I always rave about how amazing it was and I'm lucky to get one positive comment from him. Am i expecting too much from him? Should I walk away? We have a whole weekend away with them next weekend and I don't know what to do. My self confidence is low.
