What does “non-testing” mean

I’m exploring solo poly/relationship anarchist as a label on dating sites. Ultimately, I don’t want to be tied down and I’m open to seeing multiple people. I did that pre-pandemic and was pretty happy with it.
I’ve never seen “non-testing” as a descriptor. Is there an alternate meaning, or it mean what I think it means? I interpret that as him saying he doesn’t STI test 🤮
I started googling it and found this Reddit. Can anyone clarify?
