So my partner 32f and I 32m finally discussed ENM this summer. We talked about our wants, our concerns, and our overall goals. Our communication has never been better and we’re even going out more often til 3-4 am. I went on a date, she has met someone that didn’t work out. We both have been very open about our feelings around all of it.

The thing is, I think we’re like obsessed with each other 😂. All jokes aside we really have so much fun together and ENM has only underlined that fact for us. I don’t think this means we are back to monogamy or limiting where we may find relationships in the future, but it was definitely a surprise to both of us seeing how silly the dating game can be, and how much our relationship is so amazingly close.

I’m wondering if others have experienced this closeness to their partner after discussing and trying ENM.
