My wife is going out and may meet with a partner later and it’s strictly physical and of course i have no problem with that but i always get like a nervous anxiety before she leaves and i remain anxious until she gets home. i feel like im a bad partner for being so anxious. is this common and can i do anything to feel better about my anxiety?
