I know that it's already hard enough to have successful dating relationships with experienced enm folks... but just wondering if any people in this community have successfully navigated dating a partner that was completely new to enm? I'm M40s and have quite a crush on a F30s. Her and I have talked about using dating apps and she knows my wife and I are open, and she's defintely not put off by talking about alternative approaches to dating. Anyhow, I suppose I'm not really asking for advice about asking her out or anything, but more interested in hearing about experiences from folks who have gone down this path before.

Edit: To be clear, my question is essentially "Have you (as a partnered human) ever dated a person that was brand new to ENM and had success with them?" And by success, I don't necessarily mean that it lasted for years or whatever, but you were able to have a positive experience without it exploding or going very badly.
