23 F4A - Got a question for anyone living down by the beaches

Apologies fellas, I'm just looking for some advice here and I have zero clue where to ask this. Next week my fwb and I will be spending a few days at the Delaware beaches. He has always fantasized about getting head on the beach, obviously we can't do that easily during the day so I figured that we could do it at night. That's where I need some help!
Are there cameras or anything on/watching the beach at night? Obviously people walking by would be a problem, but that I can keep an eye out for. But with this being a public beach, getting caught would be quite bad, I'd really like some info on this to ease my mind. Hopefully someone can help me out!
