I work as a security guard for a professional company I just sit and take screening and while I'm sure majority of the women thay come in Pay me no mind I get a few winks and some that ask me my name other than being friendly. I'm a little awkward socially. I can be smooth at times and other times my brain and mouth don't work. I have to keep it professional and most of the time they are running into or out if the building. How do I initiate conversation are bring up a possible intrest with out coming off creepy?
