I've been able to talk to cougars/older women here and there without going further than that. We'd share some laughs, talk for a bit, but nothing more. It's like I'm unable to "seal the deal" and get more than one time going. I live in an area that's a good amount of population to it so I'm surprised I haven't been able to get something going (Maybe I'm not looking in the right places or saying the right things.).

I'm essentially looking for a consistent "relationship" where both of our needs are met and we do not get serious after that (which I'm sure is what a good amount of cubs strive for too). Non-monogamy, some sex, hell some life advice, and consistency are the factors that I seek. I'm in no means needing someone to support me (but that would be nice), just some sex here and there without interfering with the rest of my life or hers/theirs.

Any advice on how to get a better chance of finding these types of relationships? I've tried online and in-person, but nothing yet. I've been a poster and commenter of this subreddit for a decent amount of time now and it's been informative here.
