So I have been moderating this subreddit since I created it. I'm glad it has become more popular and I know there have been a lot of good conversations here. Even though a lot of our readers were probably just one-time drive-by posters, we have a good community of regular posters.

I've been moderating it alone, though, and you all are familiar with the lag time in getting through the moderation queue. And with addressing problems in the chat room. I know it can run to a twelve hour wait sometimes, and I'm sorry about that.

TBH, moderating is pretty much all I do here anymore. I barely post here. Even the guys I'm dating these days are close to my age (nothing against younger guys, of course, I just met the "right" guys in my age group.)

So it's time for me to hand the reins over to a team of moderators and bow out. I've been thinking about this for a while and I have my picks: /u/blazerfs231, /u/tgibook, and /u/Eros-69.
