I've been trying to obtain a casual relationship with older women for while, but haven't been successful. I've been able to get matches on sites and decided to go from the conversational approach to the direct approach of my intentions (which has helped me be totally honest with them thanks to this subreddit) which then leads to conversation, but haven't gotten past the conversation part.

I've gotten replies like "I liked you accidentally. I could be your mother. Have fun.Keep being honest." or "Young man. You’re kind and sweet and very handsome and I wish you the best and I’m very flattered but I could almost be your great grandmother LOL I wish you the best in everything in your life." I don't know if I'm going to high on my age range (these women were between 50-65) and maybe just go for a 10-15 year age difference since I've been getting decent replies from those. Not trying to generalize any age range, but those are just the types of replies I've been getting. I've been able to go on dates with a couple women within the 10-15 age range of me (25m), but I just wasn't feeling it.

I'll keep persevering eventually finding what I'm looking for. I really get confidence from those on this community who have been able to get into these types of relationships and hopefully I'll be able to share some of my successes too.
