I have a neighbor who I find an attraction to and want to approach her without being awkward since she is my neighbor. She walks her dog(s) when needed (I like dogs, but don't have one myself) and I think she lives with her niece/tenant who could be right around 30. So she doesn't live alone, but I'm sure she is single since I don't see her engaging in a relationship with a man. From the observations I've made, she is middle-aged, maybe in her 40s or 50s, cute, and really catching my attention. We say the typical hi like neighbors do and I never see her go to work since she probably owns an online business or something. She probably just goes to run her errands and I've always been interested in getting to know her. I am really attracted to her and want to see where things can go. Any tips on how to get this ball rolling in a positive direction? I definitely want to get her when no one's home to get something going and get to know her better. Appreciate the tips!
