I feel conflicted about my attraction to older women

Post Body

I'll be upfront and admit that as of right now I dont have a bunch of dating experience.I'm pretty shy and socially anxious so Im probably just overthinking things because of my inexperience

I'm 20 but I find I'm usually attracted to older women and to be honest Im not sure how I feel about this.I dont really know why Im attracted to them this way I just know that I(as someone whos super socially anxious) find it much easier to be open with them.I feel like I can be myself more without the usual fears I have

I feel a little conflicted about this sometimes because part of me thinks its wrong, part of me is maybe worried about potential judgement

I feel a little silly but Ive been wanting to get these thoughts out there for a while.I guess Im looking for input. Is it ok for me to feel this way?Have people on either sides of the age range felt these things? If so how did you overcome them?
