I work two jobs and the full-time one just decided that I have to work 5 8 hours shifts instead of my normal 4 10s. This will cause me to work 7 days a week with no days off. I cannot do that. My manager is betting that the district manager will say that in our meeting tomorrow. Seriously I don't want to throw around the s-word lightly but I cannot work 7 days a week. I need a day off.

Edit: I love all these comebacks. Thank you guys. I have had a lot of fun fantasizing about all the different ways I could tell my DM to fuck off. I have no idea where he is. Our meeting was supposed to be an hour ago.

For those wondering the S-word is suicide. I thought that one was common, sorry. For anyone worried no I am not planning anything and am doing everything I'm my power to not get that bad again. One of those things is prioritizing my mental health and working 7 days a week will not work.

Edit: He said it's not fair to everyone else for me to have a different schedule and also conveniently forgot that he was the one to approve my schedule in the first place. He gave me one more month with the adjusted schedule so I guess I'll be looking for a new job now.

Edit: OMG my DM is an idiot! They are still giving me the keys and codes that I should have received a year ago!
