how you guys manage to get the time and energy to work out? specially with difficult schedules and trying to keep a diet? in my experience working in the kitchen many times i don't have time to eat or eat what i need i once brought a protein powder and the chef looked at me like ๐คฆ๐ป but be sides that whats really difficult is having the energy to work out after a long shift thanks for reading๐๐ผ
