Trying to decide if this is a wet rub or a marinade

So I use the same thing for both my ribs and my pork butt but unsure if it’s a wet rub or a marinade The list of ingredients are
Mustard based bbq sauce Honey Brown sugar Liquid smoke (if I’m not able to smoke it) Lemon juice
