I have a mortgage account on my credit file through Rocket Mortgage. While on forbearance, I changed the pay from account that payments get withdrawn from during COVID. Apparently, through their system you have to 'confirm' or 'apply' the new account change and it doesn't take right away. As a result, I missed a few months of payments. This was about a year ago at this point.
Is it possible to dispute these citing technical issues? The payments would've been made if their system interface was cleaner. I know I made a mistake but I otherwise have a remarkable payment history.
