Sorry If I ask a lot of questions on here but I need help. I have two credit cards. One from Chase that was closed on May 9 2009 with a $0.00 balance and lists no late payments, and another from Capital One that sent to RSIEH law firm for 2100 when my limit was $2000.00. However, I paid $200 so far towards it and I have actually a balance of $1800 per my extension but they are reporting it as 2100 because of the court fees that were added while Im on an extension. My question is should I try to remove Chase? Also, should I try to settle on Capital One?
On a side note: I love the 609 forms, they are so easy to fill out and mail.
