I have a collection that is to a very sketchy and very badly reviewed collection agency ( caine and Weiner) I see many people saying they went the route of paying their original creitor instead of the collection agency, how should I go about trying to get the collection after paying the originial creditor and not the section agency ?
I am also curious if I should bother writing and sending out a pay for deletion letter if a company says they will email me a letter saying they will delete on payment of my collections.
