Hello. First post here, so sorry if it’s already been asked. When I was trying to build my credit back, my dad added me as an authorized user on a credit card with perfect payment history. Since then (3 years), I’ve been able to get some cards of my own with low limits ($600-2500). My dad has started keeping higher balances on his card (75% ).
Would I now benefit from being removed as an AU or is the longg good payment history better for me even though it messes up my utilization? My cards are always between 0-50% utilization… Hope this makes sense and I truly appreciate the help. Current TU 642, Equifax 660.
