Credit drop-one month question

My credit score was at 700 and dropped to the 590’s when I missed a payment due to being out of work for 6 months.
My question is if I continue to make my payments on time, how long would it take to get it back to 700ish?
It sucks because my car lease is up soon and I have 2 months to try and get the score as high as I can to help me get a more favorable rate.
