Possible Score Increase

Currently FICO 8 Scores Transunion 636 EQUIFAX 603 EXPERIAN 625
My Utilization states on my credit reports is usually between 80-120% I have a couple cards over 100%
I also have between 2-3 Collections on my report 1 30 day missed payment Around 8 Charge Offs
I know this may not be enough info to make a complete guess but how many points do you think it may increase if I get down to 0/1% Utilization?
