How do you get through each day without other people?
Post Body

I grew up constantly needing to please people and now I've realised when I need the stimulation of other people but nobody is there, I can't do anything. I know the long-term answer is therapy, etc, but I'm talking about things like getting out of bed. I literally can't do that some days unless I have a conversation with another person... I really need help with this, or some strategy I can implement soon.

I desperately want to be the type of person who can be self-sufficient and just do the things I want to but for some reason I NEED social interaction when faced with any minor task... how do you get through it? Do you watch or listen to things instead? I'm not sure how to solve this but I need to!
