I try to get in 4-5 good workouts a week. Lately it's been a mix of cardio, Pilates, and kettlebell stuff.

152, highest ever was around 210-215. I'm 5'8", for reference.

I do not add them. I worked out a guess for my TDEE that factored in my exercise routine and then cut a few hundred calories from that.
