Meal Planning Advice
Post Body

Found out about this subreddit in February and seeing you all power through really helped me to kickstart getting my health back on track. Since then I’ve changed jobs and started classes and now I just find it really hard to find motivation to meal plan/cook anymore.

After coming home from cooking I can’t even THINK about cooking without wanting to groan. My partner is very supportive but he also works in the restaurant industry and both of us feel too drained to cook after getting off at 11pm. I’ve tried getting up early in the morning to prep but I always end up sleeping in until my classes start.

I’m still consistently working out but I’ve noticed I either end up overeating (because we end up eating out) or undereating (drinking water the whole day). I’ve also ended up gaining back some of the weight I’ve worked so hard to lose.

What can I do to get out of this funk?
