Hello friends! I have been lurking around here for awhile.
I was diagnosed with PCOS at a young age. Over the course of my childhood, I have been placed in multiple diets but the weight kept coming back. This set an awful relationship with food. I have realized it is a lifestyle change. I recently started Intermitted Fasting (IF) and so far I feel good, I decided to try CICO with it as well. My doctor wants me to be at 120 but my goal weight at the moment is 150. I have never been 150 and to be honest I don't feel too hopeful.
I wonder, has anyone with PCOS felt this way before and has CICO worked? I am hoping that maybe by the end of this year I can post my results.
Wish me luck.
