I need help to be consistent. I get into this cycle where I track and eat within 1700 cal. By day three and four I eat a snack. Day 5 I eat around 3000 kcal. I beat myself up about and I restart. But before I restart I eat 3 days to a week around 3000 kcal. Does somebody relate and how did you get out of this cycle How did you do it?
