Has anyone found it harder the second time round?
Post Body

I’m 5’9” 36F, starting weight was 112, floating between 90-92 (kgs) atm. Lowest weight was 89kgs.

Why is it so much harder for me to restart a deficit. I’ve effectively “maintained” my weight loss, and I found that I was probably more stressed, more emotionally tired the first time around. I don’t lack motivation to go the gym because my time is very structured being a single mum, studying and working, and I’ve bought myself a treadmill and making sure I hit my step goal daily. But damn, I get into a rhythm of good counting then I just stuff up, and not in huge ways, just eat at maintenance. Anyone else found it harder to go again after a maintenance phase?

Anyone have any tips?

I just wanna smash another 5-10kgs off
