Men, how much of a calorie deficit do you aim for?
Post Body

I a 46M have been averaging about 1700 calories in, and 2500 calories out per day for 6 months. I am doing well with weight loss and body transformation in my opinion. About 1lb a week average.

Recently, I have taken my calorie intake up to 1900 calories average while maintaining about 2500 out average but I feel like weight loss has slowed. I could be crazy just not seeing much weight loss in the last 2 weeks but wanted to get others thoughts. I am still well within the 3500 calorie rule for 1lb weight loss per week.
