So I just ran across this forum and so many encouraging posts. You guys and gals are killing it. Iāve always been somewhat of a healthy person but carry excess fat for sure. Iām a little older (58) and Iāve been very focused I what I can do to extend my āHealth spanā that time where I am healthy enough to enjoy life to the maximum.
One of my big concerns is Visceral Fat (Fat around the liver an other organs).
Iām also very focused on exercise but thatās a separate issue.
Turns out there aren't simple ways to measure visceral fat directly but waist circumference is a good indicator.
That means reduced calories and higher protein since I want to minimize muscle loss.
Some of your graphs look really good. Can you make recommendations which ones you like best?
