You guys are killing it!

So I just ran across this forum and so many encouraging posts. You guys and gals are killing it. Iā€™ve always been somewhat of a healthy person but carry excess fat for sure. Iā€™m a little older (58) and Iā€™ve been very focused I what I can do to extend my ā€œHealth spanā€ that time where I am healthy enough to enjoy life to the maximum.

One of my big concerns is Visceral Fat (Fat around the liver an other organs).

Iā€™m also very focused on exercise but thatā€™s a separate issue.

Turns out there aren't simple ways to measure visceral fat directly but waist circumference is a good indicator.

That means reduced calories and higher protein since I want to minimize muscle loss.

Some of your graphs look really good. Can you make recommendations which ones you like best?
