I'm starting my CICO journey by spending a few weeks eating normally but getting into the habit of tracking my caloric intake. I'd really like to track protein and fiber as well, since I know those are two things I need that I don't get enough of with how I eat currently.
I saw Loseit was the most commonly recommended app here but discovered after installing it thats its a subscription service. I tried a few other free apps but they all require a premium subscription to track macros like protein and fiber.
I am not well off financially and don't know if I can afford to budget for a subscription in the long run. I might be open to a one time purchase though, depending on the price of it.
Does anyone have recommendations for free or low-cost one time purchase apps that include both calorie & macro tracking?
