Almost a year into it exactly and I have officially never been this skinny before in my life. Passed my original target weight and officially hit the “ideal” BMI for my age/sex/height. I stopped doing progress pics for a few months but decided to take a new one. And this new side by side really highlights the difference! CICO is the way, and this community is amazing! Happy Friday everyone 😃
