feeling completely relief from depression

i am completely shocked. i’ve been doing CBT for a week. and I’m feeling better than ever. My depression/anxiety is getting so much better and I never thought this would happen
I’m enjoying things again, i feel calm, my sex drive is back, and i feel like myself again. I’m gonna keep this going. but this is really amazing stuff
