I knew this is probably the biggest transition in the program but I felt ready for it. I repeated w5d2 3 times last week, did yoga before, ate only whole foods the past 3 days, and carbo loaded 4 hours before the run in preparation. Also drank a lot of water throughout the day, but I couldn't get past 15 min.

What do I do? I don't want to go through repeating days again. Should I go at slower pace? Maybe 9.5 km/h is too fast?
