I can't believe it, I ran for 30 minutes straight. I have done no exercise since my eldest was born almost 5 years ago and so my fitness was at an all time low. When I started this program the first few weeks were tough and I never believed I would reach this point. I am so thrilled. I am enjoying it so much more than I thought I would too. As a working mum with 2 young children I invested no time in myself so this is my time to do something for myself.
Once I've finished this final week I would like to start working up to doing a 10K. Is the best way just to increase my time running slowly with the longer run once a week? Would it be useful to follow a training plan on my garmin watch?
