After an awful week 5 day 1 where I struggled (although didn't stop running) and felt so demotivated, I had an amazing week 5 day 2, even though the running intervals were 8 minutes. I can't believe I ran for that long (I have done no exercise since having my first child almost 5 years ago and have never been a runner). I am so proud. I slowed right down and just listened to my podcast and I did it. I am still super nervous about run 3 though!
Does anyone else find some runs are harder/easier than others?
