Hi C25K’ers!
I’ve been trying out running since a couple of months, and following a start to run schedule, a Belgian running app. It gets you from couch to 5k in 10 weeks. You do 3 trainings every week, with the same sort of walk/running schedule every week.
The problem is, I’m stuck. I’m at week 5, and I haven’t completed one run so far without stopping. It’s 4 minutes run, 3 minutes walk, 5 minutes run, 3 minutes walk, 5 minutes run, 3 minutes walk, 4 minutes run.
And I just can’t seem to get there without stopping.
I’ve tried this training about 5 times allready. Does anybody have any advice?
Keep going? Run slower?
Please help!
