What the hell? I'm on my 3d attempt on C25K, got as good as W7 last year but hurt myself and got discouraged. Anyway, just put W4 in the books, but W4D1 and W4D2 were fine... I mean, they sucked, but they were fine. Twice I'd attempted W4D3 and completely bonked halfway through my first 5:00 run. I mean, boom, couldn't take another step. Nasty shin splints, thought I was going to barf. Then I took two days more off and did W4D3 just now without incident. A tad slower than W4D2, but only marginally. I trust the program but progress is really, really weird sometimes.
