I made a post 2 days ago about how I attempted W5D3 and stalled out right after the first mile. I didn't stretch and the weather was horrible. Today it was light rain and I stretched beforehand. I completed the first mile and was thinking... "you know what? as long as I make an improvement of 1.25 or 1.50 run I will be happy with it. 1.25 came and went and my legs were fine. 1.5 quickly came and past. Fine. Kept running and finally saw the two mile mark ahead and sprinted the last hundred or so feet. I feel so relieved and happy. This program rocks.
