I think I may have gone through the program too quickly. I was never a runner before. I didn't take any double rest days at any point in the program so far. I also haven't been stretching before and after running (I'm forgetful). The back of my legs get in so much pain around the 10 minutes of running part. I had to stop after about 1 mile (10 mins) and walk the rest of the way. I'm not upset about it or anything, I know I'll get there eventually. Just trying to figure out what's stopping me. I also don't think it's a mental block or anything like that... like.. my legs go numb and I experience excruciating pain around 1 mile in.
