I've done part of C25K a few times in the past, but never went beyond week 5 (though I did manage to complete it once). Last time I fell off the wagon was a few years ago -- shin splints and plantar fasciitis made it difficult to keep going. Trying again now, but W1D1 is out of reach for now. Today I attempted it and only got about halfway before my heart and lungs told me to stop. I now see that half of W1D1 is the exact definition of the "Week 0.5" defined in the FAQ, so I will likely repeat that twice more before attempting W1D1 again.
