So, I’ve completed W3 about 2.5 times no problem, but I’m scared of started W4 due to the 5 min stretch.
Little background: I run on a treadmill. 3.7 during the walking portions. Originally, I was at 6.0 during the jogging parts, but dropped it down to 5.5 the first time doing W3. Last night I did W3D3 again, and I did 6.0 for the 90 sec jogs and 5.5 for the 3 min jogs. I felt good, finished just fine. I knew I should just move on to W4, but it’s like I’m terrified. Was thinking of doing 3 min jog/3 min jog 4x today, just to see how I feel.
Has anyone else felt this type of mental block before moving on to the next week?
