W7D1 Kind of Down But Problematic

So I went out today for W7D1 and about ten minutes into I started getting really bad muscle pain in my back about midway down on my left side. (Ribcage area) It had started as a discomfort about four or five minutes in but at this point it had been so bad it hurt just to raise my arm to look at my watch. Defeated, I had to stop and walk for a bit, then pick back up running but then had to stop again only five minutes or so later. I stayed out an extra five minutes but I just couldn't make myself run more than four to five minutes at a time. I'm a little bummed out my seventh week started out so crappy but I was going to ask what y'all would do.

Would y'all just work through the rest of the week, given that there are no more pain issues, and move on to week 8 or go ahead and plan to re-run week seven after this?
