Over the W6 Hump; W7D1 seemed strangely easy.
Post Body

So, with the occasional injury, I have slowly worked my way up to W6/D3 (5 min walk, 22 min run, 5 min walk) but I've been stuck there for a couple of weeks. Anyway, decided to push on today to to W7/D1 (5-25-5) and not only was it perfectly fine, I have no doubt I could have easily tacked on another 5 minutes to the run itself. I was tired, sure, but not in any sort of discomfort.

Anyway, always aware of the risk of "summit fever", but I think I've made the big breakthru. So, yeah, me!

And also, to all of you guy in W1-W2-W3 you can totally do this! It's taken me since April to get to W7 -- lots of starts and stops -- but here I am.
